Editorial Policy

How we research, write, review, fact-check, and update every article on Medical-Clinic.info.

Our Core Commitment

Medical-Clinic.info is committed to providing accurate, evidence-based, and clinically reviewed health information. We maintain strict separation between editorial and commercial functions — advertising and sponsorship decisions have no influence on our content.

The Editorial Process

1. Topic Selection

Topics are selected based on public health significance, evidence availability, and areas where misinformation is common. Priority goes to conditions and symptoms where accurate information has high clinical impact.

2. Research and Writing

Articles are researched and drafted by certified medical writers with graduate-level training in health sciences (MSc or MPH). Writers draw primarily from: peer-reviewed journal articles (PubMed, Cochrane Library), clinical practice guidelines from major medical societies (AHA, ADA, NICE, ESC, ACR, GINA, IDSA, USPSTF, WHO), and systematic reviews and meta-analyses.

3. Physician Review

Every article is reviewed by a board-certified physician with active clinical practice in the relevant specialty before publication. Reviewers check for: clinical accuracy, alignment with current guidelines, appropriate emphasis on emergency situations, and suitability for a general audience. Reviewer credentials are displayed on each article.

4. Fact-Checking

All statistics, drug names, dosages, and clinical thresholds cited in articles are independently fact-checked against primary sources before publication.

5. Updates and Corrections

Content is reviewed on a regular schedule (minimum annually) and updated when significant new evidence emerges. Corrections to factual errors are made promptly. The update date is always reflected on the article.
